Steven & Alison Hazeldine have had horses with Oliver since 2000, having caught ‘the bug’ through their daughter Victoria. They also hunt regularly and own show hunters.
Why eventing? Watching a young horse develop is the kick, and placing a horse in the right career at the right level – even if that isn’t eventing. We’d rather move something on to a different rider or different career than try and run it above its capabilities.
Why Oliver? He’s a traditional horseman, very thorough and focussed. He listens to all advice but makes his own decisions – and we agree wholeheartedly with the way he trains horses.
