After a quick turnaround from Aston the lorry headed up to Scotland, to Floors Castle. Oliver retained his CIC2* title, this time riding Mary Clague’s Power Drive, and he also finished 5th on Ballaghmor Class and 8th on Silken Scully.
Having a gentle first run together in this class were Oliver and Fenyas Elegance, Bramham and Blenheim CCI3* winner under Aoife Clark.
Ridire Dorcha almost made it two wins in a day, taking the runner up spot in the CIC1* with a dressage score completion.
Floors Castle is a fantastic event, and highly recommended by Oliver – if you haven’t visited before, you should go next year!
