Oliver posted a handful of top eight placings at Allerton Park. Leedaun Guy was the highest placed, runner up in a novice section with a dressage score completion, his best novice completion to date.
Both Quintessential Courage and Aidensfield Candy Crush bagged fourth place finishes, in a BE100 and novice section respectively. Burma Star was eighth in a novice.
Moving up to Open Intermediate, Funny Guy – previously ridden by Saffron Cresswell – finished fifth, while Crazy du Loir placed 13th and En Taro des Vernier 14th. Ballaghmor Class did a good 23.2 dressage test but did not run across country.
