Oliver had mixed fortunes at Aston-le-Walls International. Caunton First Class was making her 4* debut and got off to a good start with a score of 28.0 for seventh place. Crazy du Loir was close behind in 16th place, on 31.4.
Crazy du Loir jumped a solid double clear, just adding cross-country time penalties to finish 22nd. However it wasn’t Caunton First Class’ day. A couple of rails down showjumping was followed by elimination when Oliver was unseated during a run out at the top of one of Aston-le-Walls many mounds.
